Report on Pipeline, Not Pageviews
A traffic chart survives about four minutes in a board meeting. The next question is always the same, and most content teams cannot answer it.
We set up the tracking that answers it before anyone asks.
The Data Exists, It Just Never Meets
Your analytics knows which page someone read. Your CRM knows which deal closed. Almost nobody connects the two, so content stays unaccountable.
That is how good programs get cut. Not because they failed, but because nobody could show what they produced.
The other trap is single-touch attribution. First touch overstates the blog and last touch overstates the demo form, and neither reflects a nine-month B2B cycle.
What Is Included
What Gets Reported
| Metric | Why it is on the report |
|---|---|
| Organic sessions by page | The base number, not the headline |
| Engaged reads | Filters out bounces so scroll and time thresholds matter |
| Leads by source page | Which asset produced the form fill |
| MQL to SQL rate by source | Whether the leads a page produces are any good |
| Influenced pipeline | Deal value where a content touch appears in the path |
| Assisted closed won | Revenue where content touched the account before signature |
| AI citation coverage | Share of category prompts where your brand appears |
How It Works
Week 1. Audit of current tracking, gap list, and agreement on the definitions we will hold.
Week 2. UTM standards, form capture, CRM properties and page tracking installed.
Week 3. Dashboard built, validated against a known deal, and handed over.
Monthly. Report plus a call, with the recommended changes written down.
Who This Is For
Overall, this is right when you need to defend a content budget with revenue numbers, and wrong when your whole funnel already lives in a product analytics tool.
Pricing
Included on the Scale plan. Available as a setup project for other plans, quoted per engagement.
FAQ
1. Which tools do you work with?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Looker Studio. Others are possible, and we will say if the connection is fragile.
2. Do we keep the dashboard if we leave?
Yes. It is built in your account, on your data, and it keeps working without us.
3. Which attribution model do you use?
We report first touch, last touch and influenced together, because any single model misreads a long B2B cycle.
4. Can you attribute AI search traffic?
Partly. Assistant referrals are identifiable where a link is followed, and prompt-level visibility is tracked separately through our own testing.
5. How long does setup take?
Around three weeks, most of which is validation rather than installation.
